Our wet painting facility is in daily operation with 2 full-time paint sprayers. The final finish of all our products is extremely important to ourselves and customers alike in terms of finish and, more importantly, a long life in adverse conditions.

Our standard paint product is a polyurethane 2-pack system with rust inhibitors and superior adhesion qualities, followed by a deep gloss, extremely hard-wearing top coat. Preparation is key, and we follow a diligent process to ensure all manufacturing residues are immaculately removed to ensure perfect adhesion of the primer.

Customers can choose from a full array of colours to suit their preferences.

Our current spray booth can take machinery up to 8 metres in length, with plans to upgrade to double this capacity by spring 2022. We can also offer a powder coating service via our preferred subcontractor service when required.
