An Overview | Trinity 54F

The Trinity 54F hydraulically folds for transport inside the legal road width. Equipped with the same drive train as our other 6 row units, you can be sure of exceptional reliability. The Trinity 54F is designed to pulverise either 6 x 75cm – 90cm rows with 1.8m wheel tracks and is capable of handling up to 250hp tractors for the most demanding defoliation.

To overcome the need for an expensive and generally high-maintenance cross conveyor, shear plates have been utilised to give a similar effect as a straw chopper. This in turn finely chops the haulm to the point where the following potato harvester can sieve the debris without the use of haulm rollers. Fitted with a split drive and dual rotors with 2 opposing centre bearings, the working width is 5.77 metres, allowing a greater number of longer flails to be fitted in the outer valley bottoms, which drastically improves suction.
